What To Do When Your Macbook Pro Fails

I am having a bit of trouble using the browser on my Macbook Pro laptop. I wanted to go into the Back Office via my office’s website, and I am not being allowed to do so. I have tried a couple of different browsers now, and the response is the same. It says, “An exception occurred while processing your request”. This was only the start of my problems, now I cannot gain access to my desktop which stores all my photographs from the last 10 years.

I am using a Macbook Pro laptop, but a lot of my clients prefer to use the Thunderbird email client, or its associated programs. I also have to obey company rules which dictate that we use Thunderbird to receive and send emails relating to work. I have several thousand emails which were sent that have suddenly gone missing . Can these lost emails be recovered?
